FWA-Carolinas will host a match to determine the first ever FWA World Women's Championship at "A Matter of Pride" on November 17, 2001. This match will feature #1 contender, Amber Holly vs. the #2 contender, Alexis Laree. This should be an exciting match! More information available at FWA-Carolinas.

an landslide victory. Brimstone has soundly defeated all challengers in
the poll to see who the fans thought should be the first heavyweight champion.
After hearing of his victory he had this to say. 'An
era of destruction is coming...FWA soon to be the playground of the tortured,
and the damned... Prepare yourselves, for all who cross my path will experience
Death than Deja vu! It has been written, and so it will always be.... Brimstone
will forever reign supreme!' Hmm...
strong words, from a tough man. Several of the losers in the poll have already
vowed to stop this from happening. Things are about to get very interesting.

Train for XIW / FWA-Virginia!!! |

| We
now have an official training center for XIW / FWA-Virginia. Through an
exclusive agreement with Critical Mass Pro Wrestling based out of Long Island,
New York. We will have the opportunity to exchange talent with one of the
top professional wrestling training centers in the country. And from time
to time CMPW will conduct training sessions in Virginia. This agreement
also allows for the creation of a CMPW branded facility at the XIW / FWA-Virginia
offices in the future. If you are interested in training in Virginia in
the future. Then, please contact us at Training.

In
recognition of their new ties with the Frontier Wrestling Alliance (FWA),
Cutting Edge Wrestling (FWA-Nfld) has redesigned the Inter-Cities Belt,
renaming it the CEW/FWA Inter-Cities Championship. This title will actually
travel to the various FWA federations around the world, being contested
and held by many of the finest performers that the FWA has to offer. Already,
plans are being made to have the title start its tour of duty in England,
where a CEW wrestler will defend the title against some of the toughest
British wrestlers within FWA-UK. And then on to the U.S. based FWA promotions.
As more details and actual dates for upcoming CEW/FWA Inter-Cities title
related events are scheduled, we will post them here.
